well thats the frame anyway.still need to cover it in oak /add trim and doors but just wanted to post an example of an "open front"( no center brace) frame

Good Idea to use the plywood under the stand as it will help disipate the weight of the tank better to the floor!

thanks mark,im happy with it
its sitting on 11/8 inch floor ply and 2x6's,gotta start with a good foundation,right .well see if i can make the oak ply/trim covering look as good .there will be more pics ,as i do the plumbing and the finish work.still gotta build the hood too(expect pics ) |
