Reflector help

I am wanting to make a reflector to house dual mh with hopefully 6 vho tubes any suggestiong on how to bend it? It will be over a tank 60x18x24. I could only get a 4 ft piece of ploished alum couldnt find a 6 ft piece without a special cutting.

TIA
Jeff

Hey Jeff!
I have made reflectors out of aluminum flashing before which im sure is very similiar the way I bent it is by clamping the flashing to a length of wood putting the crease line that you want to bend right at the angle of the wood, then lay the wood on a flat surface and bend it to contour to the angle of the wood. HTH

So just about the same design as the MOgule reflectors right. I wasnt sure what the best method was. I have also thought about just laying it flat in the top of the canopy but I tink I would loose some light from the rays bouncing around in the hood. Did that make sense?
