Wow, that turned out nice! FWIW it is way overbuilt IMHO. I don't think that you will ever have to worry about that one coming apart. So what size is your tank there? it looks like a 50 or so? it looks like it is 36" wide is that right? Great Job!

Yea it is over built for sure....
The tank is a 65g 36x18x24 ill post some new pics this afternoon when i get the live rock moved around so it looks nice. all just droped in there with corals everywhere.... |

May I ask what kind of stain you use and how many coats?
Did you use polyurethane? |

one coat of "red oak" stain minwax....
one coat of watered based poly |

update
built a gig to hold the skill saw so i could use it as a table saw .... lol
