So what kind of RO/DI do you guys use and why?

I use a Kent Bare-Bones Hi-S 35gpd unit I bought from Flying Fish Express.

Works pretty good (its supposed to remove something like 99% of contaminants) and was fairly cheap. You can buy it here:

I've been using a Spectrapure CSP-160, unit which is rated for 160 gals/day. I lack the patience for waiting for water jugs/buckets etc to fill up. Also, I don't have the ability at my current house to permanently hook up this unit, so speed/time was a concern for me. I love the quality, and I've never had an algae problem with my tank, due to poor water quality.

Well Ninong looks like you talked me into the TWP also. Please don't tell me you got it in and it is junk. LOL

Called and talked to AquaFX and they said I could hook it to my sump on a float valve.

Hmmmm. Sounds like a great way to feed a Nielsen reactor.
