Clown Loach life span?

Does anybody know how long clown loaches (Botia Macrantha) live?

I lost one of mine the other day, I'd had him for 4-5 years, but the biggest and oldest, is still kicking along VERY fat and healthy (he's 7-8) (At least I've had him that long)

So does anybody know how long they live, on average???

Well, I don't know how long they live on average, but here's a pic of one that has been kept at Capitol Aquarium in Sacramento since the 1960's:

if i rember rite they have an average life sapn of about 20 years
