Who makes my lights?

I want to sell me VHO light system or trade it but Im not sure how much to ask the local shop owner to sell it on consignment for. It was given to me by a family member and they said they paid over $300 for it. Does anyone have any ideas who manufactors this light. Your help is greatly appretiated.

Those are power compacts not VHO first off but am not for sure who makes them. I would guess JBJ lighting from the looks.
