Replacing VHO bulbs

Just bought new bulbs today. Think I should put in 1 new bulb every few days? Or, If I just put all the new bulbs in at once do you think it could shock or burn some of the live stock?

I always just put all the new ones in at the same time. I haven't ever had any problems doing this in 3 years.

Whoa!!! I would definately acclimate them. I know softies seem to be more tolerant then LPS and SPS but they still need some acclimation... I'd say 1 bulb per week. What can it hurt to do it that way?
