aqua medic or PFO

both of those fixtures are on ebay for some pretty good prices, so wich one would you recommend i get for my 30gal CUBE?
BOTH ARE 150W, or should i go with the 250W?
-250$ +$20 s/h
OR
-$229 +$16.99 s/h
**the 250W aquamedic is $250 + $15.99 s/h

Both would be a good choice. That is either brand or either wattage. I would make my decision between these 2 based on how I was going to set up the light. If I was going to hang the fixture, the Aquamedic fixture has a much nice look. If your going to try and retro fit the pendent in a hood, the PFO would be the way to go.

The 250w would be a better fit for your system due to the depth of the tank. This would allow you to keep SPS and Clams and give them plenty of light at the bottom of your tank.
