Question need help choosing

right now i have a dual lighting strip with coralife bulbs on a 72 gallon tank, and in the future i want to add coral and anenomes and other stuff would 110 vho bulb and a 110 watt actinic bulb be fine or do i have to have power compacts

Actually if you plan to keep an Anemone, I would suggest you look into Metal Halide lighting. Otherwise, VHO or Power Compacts will be good choices for soft and most LPS corals.

what about going for power compacts would that be good enough for anenomes??

POwer Compacts nor VHO provide enough intense light to sustain Anemones. I recommend Metal Halie only for Anemones.

I also agree that the concentrated intense light of metal halides is ideal for Anemones.
