220watts pc okay?

Is 220watts (55w x4) of pc's okay to keep a rose anemone? I never have had luck with anemones but a friend has offered to give me a clone.
Currently I have 144watts (36w x4) over a 100g (5ft long) FOWLR tank.
My maroon pair could reallly use the host - they currently live in a cave.

I don't think that will be enough. Zhenya has had tremdous success with Rose BTA's and I am fairly certain he keeps them under MH. I had PC's over my 55 and I was able to keep softies just fine, but anything more then Xenia and Anthellia will require more intense lighting...

I've heard of BTA's being kept under NO's before. I thing the feeding was more heavy than if kept under the right light. I was just looking for an excuse to try one again.
My friend has so much success with the roses. Everytime they split he hates it! He says he doesn't even feed them. But has two 250watt ushios in his reef. I have the same lighting in my reef but I have an sps/clam tank & I don't want it to wander, so I thought the FO tank might be an good spot to put it.

How deep is your tank? I kept a rose under a coralife 4x65w for a couple years in a 75 with great success. E.quads do not require as intense lighting as some of their cousins do.

The tank is 18" or so deep.

Okay then I will give it one more attempt at keeping an RBTA. I'm going to order the new lighting this coming week. I'll leave both fixtures plugged in for 364watts total. Hiopefully that will keep it happy.
Sometime this month I also have to call an electrician to come install larger fuses in my breaker box.
