Was wondering if it's possible to splice quick connectors, like the one's for IceCap Ballasts, into a power cord?
I have a 96w PC kit that has 2 separate cords going to the endcaps. It would be a lot easier to remove the canopy if I could possibly splice quick connectors in the cords. If it's possible, where would I get the connectors? -Lyle ![]()

Sure you can. You can get them at RadioShack. You can probably get them at Home Depot as well. HTH

Take note that if you are talking about adding the connectors between the ballast and the bulb that you are not dealing with 110 volt AC power, a ballast is a step-up transformer and the voltage will be much higher than 110 volts so you would need to find high voltage connectors. Skip
