T5 Lighting

I'm new to the hobby and was wondering if some people could help me out with the combinations for the bulb to pick. I acutually bought the T5 lighting 48" 6x54 watts instead of the Power Solar 48" it has 2x250 MH and 2x54 T5 . My tank is 90g 48x18x25. I'm going to have about 4" of sand. I would like to keep softies and LPS.

Thanks
