I need 4 2x55w pc ballasts

Call a local electric supply house and tell them you want to power 55w HO bulbs and they can tell you what to use. I use a advance RELK-2S-110 for my (2)96w pc's. This is a electronic ballast (suto) and costs around 40.00. The 55w version will be similar numbered I would imagine.

Would that ballast work to power 2 - 110W 48" VHO tubes? I think it should be was wanting to check.

Nathan, no it will not. They are VHO's and pc's are considered HO's. The ballast to power VHO's are more expensive, around 60 if I remeber correctly.

I think the ballast number is RC-2S200-TP , which powers (2)VHO 96" t12 bulbs (110w)
