On my 75 gallon tank I just install a 2nd IceCap 46.5" VHO retro kit. I set it up with 1 set with (2) Super Actinic blue bulbs and the other set with (2) Actinic white bulbs. Each bulb is 110 watts.
My questions is proper timing? Right now I have the actinic on from 10 AM to 9:30 PM and the actinic on from 11 AM to 6 PM. All suggestions welcomed. JST |

I would run the super actinics 13-13.5 hrs/day and the actinic whites 12 hrs/day.
