Your link didn't work for me, but I think you'd be OK with it. It sure will brighten your tank up a bunch.
I need a better lighting system for my little FOWLR tank. I can't spend a fortune right now, but the current hood was not even intended for saltwater applications (oops!).
I found a nice looking, affordable, 20" Coralife Aqualight product at "Reef Tank Lighting" (a sponsor!). This is the little blurb about it:
"Deluxe Series - Single Linear Strip with 96 watt 50/50™ ""Quad"" Compact fluorescent Lamp -Square Pin Base"
http://www.reeftanklighting.com/shop...d=221&x=11&y=6
Any thoughts? My tank is only 20 inches wide, so I don't have much room to work with. At $90.00, the price was right.
Other suggestions?
Thanks friends!

I've used two Coralife 50/50 65W PC for my tank for two and a half years now and haven't had any problems from the lighting department- the lights have always worked well. I keep some mushrooms and polyps under that lighting and the mushrooms seem to like it- they reproduce. My coralline algae looks pretty good, too- although the hair algae problem I had a while back put a dent in it...lol but that wasn't related to the lights. I'd say sounds good!
