CSL 400 ballast?

Hello again,

Has anyone heard of CSL BALLEST? I have a chance to buy a double 400 watt ballest and a single 400 watt for 200$ plus shipping they are a year old and each come with a 15' quick connect cord. Is this a good price for these used?
Can I run SE MX bulbs on them? How well will the work on my 180?

I have no experience with this ballast, but I am sure you could get ahold of Custom Sea Life (csl), and check with them if it will lite up that particular bulb. I personally don't see why it wouldn't????
