I'm using 4 VHO's over my 90Gal. but I'm hearing alot about T5's is this a better, brighter blub? Would it be worth the upgrade?

I personally don't think it would be worth the upgrade. If you have 4-VHO's I think the next upgrade would be MH.

I would certainly not swap out VHO's for T-5's. It does not sound like it would be worth it to me.

Make it 4, I say if you are going to spend cash on an upgrade, go with Metal Halide. It is by far the best in my opinion.
