Help with ballast replacement

I have CSL pendent with 3 -28watt ballast two have went out. I talk to AHSUPPLY but they said they couldn't match the wireing needed to support the water proof sockets. Can any body tell me where to get these at a good price please thanks.

Oh, but they do. The part that the bulb attaches to is the ballast. It is just small. Power compacts cannot be run without a ballast. So, if you are using 28w pc's, then all you have to do is look for the 28w version of LOA pc's and hook the bulbs up to that fixture. You can extend the wires from the fixture to make them remote ballasts. But, they are in fact ballasts.

the base on the bulb, is it a csl base? four pins aligned as in dice?
if so, it will be really easy b/c the loa base is the same. so, you just disconnect the bulb from the loa fixture and hook up you bulb. I think i may have a link that shows this process step by step with photos. i will check when i get home and post it if you like.
