44 Gallon Lighting..

Hiya Guys.

I need information on lighting for a 44 gallon reef. What would be the cheapest and easiest?

I am pulling my hair out looking for lighting. The tank has live rock, but mostly brown algae.. No green algae!!

How many wats would I need for a 44 gallon pentagon?

Thanks.

I really only want some algae. If I start dripping Kalk, would that grow coralline and keep it?

TIA.
