Question about compact fluorescent lighting |

|
im getting a 150L tank. would 4 25w compact fluorescent bulbs or 4 50w bulbs be adequate lighting to keep some plants, and mabe softies, if not, is it adequate lighting for FOWLR?

That lighting would probably suffice for a couple of low light corals. Mushrooms and some zoathids come to mind. For fish, lighting isn't all that important, except to show off their vibrant colors in which case a few compact flourescent would work great.

150l is equal to 50g in U.S.
4 50W PC will be the way to go for FOWLR. If I was sure I was going to use flourescent lamps I would use a T5 fixture. Better color and penetration thru water. If your going to buy new, you should consider this option.
