Lighting Help ?
Hi I am putting together a 90 gal 48x18x24 fish, live rock , and a few corals
What wattage/color MH should I use ? Thanks |

![]() This a pretty subjective decision. It depends on what appearance you like and just how far you want to go with the intensity, which depends on what you intend to keep. For your tank, I would probably go with two 250w 10,000K metal halides supplemented with at least two T5 or VHO actinics. You didn't say if you're going to install your own lighting in a canopy or if you're going to purchase a ready-made fixture?
