Reply With QuoteIf it was me, and you have a FOWLR I would have the actinics come on 1-2 hours before your daylites and stay on for 1-2 hours after your daylites go off. This is called the dawn dusk effect.
I would probably run the actinics for 12 hours and the daylites for 8-10 hours. HTH

timers on lights
I have a 110 with 2-54 watt actinics,2-10,000 K and 2 bulbs in the refuge.My question is how long do you leave each set on,which ones come on first and for how long and so on.It is fish and live rock

I also have moonlights.what would you say is the best time to have these lights on so I can enjoy them at night until around 10 oclock then have the moon lights come on
