timers on lights

I have a 110 with 2-54 watt actinics,2-10,000 K and 2 bulbs in the refuge. My question is how long do you leave each set on,which ones come on first and for how long and so on.It is fish and live rock

If it was me, and you have a FOWLR I would have the actinics come on 1-2 hours before your daylites and stay on for 1-2 hours after your daylites go off. This is called the dawn dusk effect.
I would probably run the actinics for 12 hours and the daylites for 8-10 hours. HTH
