Ice Cap VHOs just went OUT

I was just sitting there reading and my 3 24 inch Aquasun's just went out. I checked the fuse in the exterlal ballast, but it was OK. One of my bulbs has some discoloration on one end so that may be a problem, but I didn't think they'd ALL go out. My three actinics are on another ballast, and are fine. The lights have been up and running for almost 2 years and never a problem. I replaced the bulbs in October.

I have the recommended German end caps, have checked all plugs and the fuse.

Any ideas?

If I had a spare "old" bulb, I'd try it, but I guess I threw them away in October. Also, they just came on (timer) at 11am and went out at 11:23.

First, try powering off the ballast for 15 minutes and then power it up. If they go off because of an imperceptable power fluctuation, they will not restart until powered off for at least 5 minutes.
