Best Lighting for 90 FOWLR

What kind of light fixture would you guys recommend for a 90 Gallon FOWLR to grow coraline algae and light the tank?

Don't have alot of money to spend right now, one of the reason's I'm doing FOWLR, I was thinking of purchasing this system on ebay:

I have no experience with these lites myself. Just a personal opinion here, sometimes buying stuff on ebay can be a crap shoot, make sure before you buy. JMHO

I think I would go for a simple 2-4 bulb VHO or T-5 setup for a FOWLR tank. Lighting doesn't need to be considered for coralline, or anything in a FOWLR, so to speak. The consideration is a good set of lights that will bring out the best coloration of the fish in the system.
