Lighting - Hood or premade?
Just wondering what the general consensus is on the premade units like Current USA which include HQI MH and T5 or a DIY hood and fixtures? Let's keep cost out of the equation. I am looking more at the overall performance and benefits of each.

There is no difference in a pre-made fixture or a DIY retro kit. There are however differences in the quality of ballasts, reflectors and bulbs.
