New Uri Vho Bulb Making High Pitch Sound

u guys have any clue on this? i just hooked them up 1hr ago. first time this has happened to me. any info will be greatly appreciated.

check for a small pin hole probably toward the ends of the bulb. I have seen this happen before, and have always found a hole or a split between the glass and the metal on the end of the tube. HTH.

Yep, take it back to the LFS and trade it for another. But do check the new bulb throughly. For the simple reason that when a run of bulbs is made, not just one bulb has this defect. HTH.
