I recently came into a 95 gallon bow front lifetech tank. I cant seem to get the lights to come on though. i was wondering if it had anything to do with the plug like thing by the switchs on the top. is it for a fuse or starter of some sort. or could it be that it doesnt work because i only have 2 out of 3 florescent bulbs in it?
