PC or T5?

I need to upgrade my 10 gallon to a 20 that I have in storage, but the light it came with is only good for freshwater. Being a college student in need of some good light, I can only afford one of the following:

which one should I get?
PC or T5?

This tank will have zoas, mushrooms, and some leather corals.

T5 is FAR FAR better then PC, more light less watts.

Stay as FAR AWAY from Aquatraders as you possibly can! They are the slimy used car salesman of the industry. Check resellerratings.com for yourself!

T5s with individual reflectors all the way. You might even be able to keep some SPS.
