A quality light fixture with a pair of halides is going to cost much more then $199, I'd worry about that fixture catching on fire.
First off I'm a new to the hobby so be nice. I have a 90g tank and I have been looking for a new lighting. I have a fish only tank setup now but looking to do coral in the future. Im trying not to be limited by my lighting system. Here's the specs for the I might consider

I don't see a UL listing anywhere, and there must be some sacrifices made somewhere in quality to get to $199.
