more light?

have a 65gal. tall running pc's, actinic/20,000k (192 watts) want a little more blue in the tank, thinking of adding 96w 50/50 pc, will this help or should i go with a double lamp, i know there is alot of controversy over the proper wattage of a reef, dont plan on having hard corals but do have a few clams that came in on rock, any suggestions?

If you want more blue, add more actinic, not the 50/50. JMHO
