What lighting spectrum should I get?

What lighting spectrum should I get?

Ok so I have a small nano reef tank that is 10 gallons and I am using a coralife 86W power quad.

I have 3 different types of mushroom a few zoos, a small leather coral, t trumpet coral, one tree coral (forget the name) and a bubble coral.

I currently have a 50/50 10,000K/Actinic 03 bulb in the tank but I think it is getting kind of old and I would like to replace it. However I am not sure what would be best for overall coral health and growth when it comes to spectrum.

So of the following three choices what should I get:
    - "50/50" 10,000K/Actinic 03
    - 6,700K
    - 10,000K
I love all pets - as long as they don't bite me, sting me or make me feel ill.

If you want good color and the tank to look nice, go with the 50/50 mixed bulb. If you want the best coral growth, go with a straight 10,000 to 14,000k bulb.

I was wondering if that was you Charlie. Things are OK, but slow, so I have been working on a new web site to sell mail order again.. www.jensaltwaterhaven.com. How is live for you?
When are we going to get you down here for some of our club events?

Darn good question Kim, been pretty busy up here!!! I haven't even been able to get over to Spokane for about 3 months!!!!
I will try sometime this spring or summer to get down your way, but I can't make any guarantees.

Before the first of the year, terrible!!!! We got 18 inches the 2nd of January, but it really hasn't accumulated much since then. As of that day, I probably had close to 3.5 feet on the ground.
