That works!!!!
I use a fish bagger box like they use in the lfs,the ones that they hang on the tank.I dip it in the water and pick up my Sun Coral with tongs and put it in the box without exposing it to air and set it down.I feed each polyp with forceps depending on what food. Then I hang the box on the inside of the tank which keeps the temp stable and lets them digest their food. Then I put them back in.
That works!!!!

It work great compared to using a 24" sea squirt and spreading excess food around the tank.If I feed something small like brine or cyclops when I'm done I use a coffee filter to strain the water before I put it back in.
Not concerned about your water quality.............are you??

I don't think it looks bad,I kind of like it.Just hope it helps with the nitrate.
Further on down the road, I would also look into adding some type of refugium. If you run in to problems with nitrates, that will help a bunch.

I did buy that aquapure filter but I'm hoping the DSB does the job.
Like I said, It will never hurt to be prepared. i never started the refugium on the first effort until about 3-4 months after I started the main system up. I mean what the heck, sometimes I end up just looking into the fuge for a while just watching the life in there too!!!!
