This is a very well written T5 report by Rensaller (or however you spell it) Polytechnic Institute. It's in an easy to read slide show format. It was written back in 2002, but it has a lot of answers to a lot of questions about T5 lighting. Of particular interest is the optimal temperature and lumen maintenance.
