The 48" Nova is a great light friend, it will leave you a little room on the sides for your lower light stuff too. JMHO
I am fairly new to the hobby and I am investing into equipment about a month at a time. I have read the book the New marine aquarium and it really answers a lot of questions but I know i am not a pro. So I was wondering how to light a 100 gallon 60 inch long 18 inch wide. For now I will just be Doing a FOWLR tank but would love to invest into coral eventually and go semi reef. I was told I could hang a 48 inch light.
Some of my options for that were the Nova Extreme Pro t5 but I was also looking at the orbit sunpaq. Didnt know if the nova extreme pro was overboard or not.
I Also found a 60 inch orbit sunpaq for sale but of course its not cheap. Then I was told I could just go with two 30 inch lights.
Thanx for the help. Just need some ideas!
