T-5 HO, T-12, and VHO Bulb Changes

Hi

I have been looking at old posts, but wanted to check if the advice I am seeing is right:

Change HO T-5 every year or two
Change VHO Compacts every 9 months

What about regular output T-12s?

I would change T5 every 12 months, whether they need it or not.

VHO compacts---------------no such thing

I change my VHO bulbs every 6-9 months.

Regular florescents
I change them maybe more often than the VHO
