Bulb distance from tank
I found this fomula for calcualting bulb distance from the edge of a tank and thought it was cool.
Minimum Distance in inches, Bulb to top of tank glass/acrylic = 1/2 the square root of the bulb's wattage. Does your tank follow that formula?
