what are triton bulbs, are they VHOs? and where can you buy them? thanks guys

Triton bulbs were the bulb of choice back when we didn't have many choices. they're standard, normal output flour. bulbs. They were one of the better spectrum bulbs on the market back in the 80's/90's, but lighting has progressed a bit since then and I haven't even seen them for sale in over 10 years. they're probably still out there... somewhere.
