    is this led product good?

I saw a good product led panel light in website www.inlity.en.alibaba.com which looks very nice.

dimmer function with controller, very slim design, etc. but the price seems a little expensive

Re: is this led product good?

Be weary of these LEDs. A lot of companies esp. the Asian market cut quality of the diodes to save cost. I bought a bunch of "through hole" cheesy LEDs off ebay that were all spec'd at the same color temp. however after testing only a handful, you could visually tell the difference and a few of them burnt out after only a few hours of testing. I foresee a lot of algae problems also I don't think you'll get the color you're envisioning. As a rule of thumb most LED aquarium manuf. are using a ratio of two white to every blue. Another thing to consider, unless you're going to take this thing apart and use its guts, the fixture was not made for a salt environment, you will see rust within a few months. Let us know how it turns out if you do end up buying this.

I thinking Alibaba is for bulk purchases. It's a website designed to link wholesalers to foreign manufacuturers. Your link stated a minimum purchase of 10 pieces.
If you're looking for an affordable LED fixture for a reef tank, you might look at Maxspect. Haven't used them, but the only knock on the older version was a noisy fan (like, jet plane noisy) which they supposedly addressed in their newer versions.
