I have a 29 gallon tank and I want to know if a dual lamp t5 H/O would be sufficient for My set up. I only plan on growing soft corals, because this is my first saltwater tank.

I'd say yes... That's a good choice for softies in that tank.

I have a 29gal tank also and found getting a 30" fixture was a challange. All but one 30" fixture that I found uses 24" lamps. This left the ends of the tank rather unlit. Coralife makes a 30" one that actually has 29" lamps. I use two of these over my 29gal. Works quite well. With this I end up with 4 T5 lamps. I still only keep softies as well but the illumination covers the entire tank. The only down side is I don't think they were a big seller and the replacement lamps are hard to come by. If you search my threads you will find pictures of them.
