Help me buy some LIGHTS!!!!

So i'm upgrading my tank to a 120 RR.. I plan on housing Nems and soft corals.. I would not like to spend more than $600 on lights, so lets keep this in mind..

Can you tell me what you would do for a setup like this? T5 HO, MH, CFL, LED????? What would you put in your 120 if you had one for a specific setup like this?

Do you have plans for a chiller? If not, I'd stay away from MH. An 8 bulb T5 would do it.
Standard dims on that 120, right? 4'Lx2x2?

If I have to get a chiller, I will do that. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea anyways to help keep the water at a stable 78 Deg.. I have a sauna that has a dedicated 20 Amp circuit, and the sauna is going away because I never use it anymore. I will make that my dedicated circuit for my tank, so I will have plenty of juice to power it all...

The TEK fixtures are well rated and a pretty good value for the money. They have regular TEK (no cooling fans) and TEK Elete which has active cooling. The fixture prices do not include the bulbs though. Figure $20 to $30 each.
