Great Experience with AquaticLife

Hello all, as most of you know from my posts I have a 40 gallon mixed reef. The other night i came home and my AquaticLife 4 bulb T5HO lighting unit was off. I tried to reset it but it would not reset. I noticed some bad salt creep on the timer and feared my unit was toast. I immediately went to AquaticLife's website and submitted a service request. The next morning I received a call indicating that their facility was located just 20 minutes away from me in the city of Commerce, California. They told me that usually they would send me a relacement unit while they worked on mine, but if i wished, i could bring my unit to their facility to do the same. I went on my lunch break and the representative said he'd take a look real quick. He replaced the timer in 15 minutes and my unit was back to functioning great! I just wanted to share this great experience as it is rare these days. I have been very happy with my light fixture, and this great service was simply reinforcement that I will be continuing to utilize AquaticLife for all of my lighting needs.

It's good to hear that there are still some "good guys" around. Im glad to see that customer service trumps profit margins for some companies. Especially during stressed economic times like this. My hats off to AquaticLife!
