As a few of you know I've had my 40 gallon tank up for a little over a year. Minus a few set backs it's been a very successful adventure. I may be moving into my girlfriends home soon which gives me the opportunity to upgrade and slowly take down my 40. (she said I can set up the new tank, run the cycle and then slowly move everything over.) my question is whether my current lighting will work on the new tank. My current tank is 13" deep and I have the Aquaticlife T5HO 4x39 watts plus led moonlights. The tank I like is 70 gallons and the same width as my 40 gallon (36"). The proposed 70 gallon is 25" deep so I realize there will be a drop in par. I was hoping to get some input on any experiences anyone has. I have listed my corals below and obviously the more light reliant corals would be in the upper half of the proposed tank:
Green leather
Eagle eye zoas
Blastomussa
Branching frogspawn
Torch
Pink birdsnest
Green and orange monti
Mummy eye chalice
Pulsing xenia
