well i have two questions. i have a friend that told me that i could use a powerful outside lighting system for a reef tank. he said that is what he uses and he has not had a problem for over a year he found this at an ACE hardware. or i found a store that sells MH 400W for $45. i think this might be two much for my 29 gl but i should still probably go out and get it anyway for that price. just wanting some comments

hmm, its probably going to be very yellow but if you want good growth then it would certainly work.
