is this way too much for a ballast?

i wanted to pick up 2 MV ballast to run my new 400w saki's. Graybar said that its 65 bucks for each. now is that too much, 2 of them will put it at 130. this is before tax. they are Advance Transformers part# are: 71A4071 for 1 400W bulb. can i get it any lower then this? TIA

The Sola's are only about $42 each, and a better transformer IMO.

I've found that each Graybar seems to have different pricing. For instance, I purchased 2 MV Advance ballasts from the one in my town to run an Iwasaki 250. It only cost me $22 each. I've found in other cities the prices vary. I would think that sounds expensive. I believe ballasts with capacitors are more expensive though.

i think its with the capacitors. my local graybar has them in stock. were looking at 140 if i buy them. thats almost the same cost as a PFO eye ballast. well i didn't include shipping but u know what i mean
