Question True actinic lighting for very small tanks?

I am setting up a 5 gallon tank for dwarf seahorses. I will have some low aggresion corals in the tank, but nothing that requires high light. I am considering using PC lighting, but I have yet to see a true .03 actinic PC bulb.

What I want to know is where, if anywhere, I could find a 12" - 15" long NO actinic, 50/50 or 10000K and wiring hardware? Is it even possible to find NO fluorescence (both actinc and normal) in such small sizes? I really do not need or want the high power lighting associated with PC's as this is supposed to be a low - moderate lighting tank and will be stocked as such.

TIA,
Mark

P.S. I forgot to add: Don't even mention AHSupply's 13 watt "blue" PC's. Been there, done that and I regret it. After seeing a 15 watt, 18" .03 actinic, there is no comparison. The blue PC's are just tinted.

Two is only loosely associated with two by a plus sign and therefore doesn't enter the equation at all since it is only there by mere complicity. We shouldn't count it and leave well enough alone.

I'd do the same as Bamm Bamm. Standard 15 Watt tube (I don't think they come in 14watt tubes that fit over 5.f gallon tanks)
