    They barely check their messages it seems. I called to confirm my order and it turned out that it never got placed. Go figure. I called and caught James when he answered and placed my order this time in person....shipped yesterday..should have monday. Try emailing...i get a response that way.

    just keep it in your mind you saved 55 dollars... i too am setting up a 125reef in my kitchen right now, and am waiting on seaswirls. i feel you.

    naser ,i havent saved anything,im short one bulb,hmsay the bulb is 75 bucks,ive been ripped off for 20 bucks!:eek3:

    i didnt buy any pc's,i got three halides(one of which wont fire,actually i havent even tried the 400 iwasaki yet,maybe i should )and two vho's.

    sorry, i remember someone talking about pc's.. mh i can see the cost. so get mad tommarrow if they dont help you. untill then calm down.

    I got my kit in 1 day. James even followed up with me after they were shipped to see if I liked them. Youll always have issues with a dead bulb etc....bound to happen here and there...but if you call/email.....hes darn good at customer service.
    If you get the VM..i cant help ya. lol. Just be persistent..it works with almost all companies....If you leave a message and dont hear back in a few hrs. Call back. They are bound to answer the phone some time

    I would order from LN again and again...thinking of adding a halide to my setup and thats where I will go.

    Smile received my new bulb today

    james was good,once i called them.they had 21/2 business days to get back to my emails and didnt.if i had to do it over again,the 50 bucks i saved really wasnt worth the trouble.maybe i just caught them at a bad time(out of bulbs? )had to wait over a week ,then got a bad one,now i have to drop off the bad one at ups,kind of a hassle.ive never heard anyone post anything bad about these guys,im sure it was "just my luck".

    yup. that crap happens. Had it happen when I got my HQI(wasnt from james) but from a lfs. Got a bad ballast. Went back, got a bad bulb, went back got another bad ballast.
    Got a great light in the end but got the bad batch from hell in a row.

    Once its over....you learn to deal a bit more hehe.

    i tried the coupon -20% over $100.00
    and it didn't work. i got charged reg price..
    tried e-mailing the guys but no response.

    I do know the coupon ended today I belive.
    maybe thats why. I emailed james earlier and got a response but this afternoon have not.(been swapping a few ideas with him)

    Seems late afternoons arent good for them. rofl. Try via email. Are you sure you have the coupon code right too?
