what do normal blast rate in volts(on the sticker)I have 1 that says 277 V what is this rating

that is what it takes to plug it in. You must have 277v for it to work. Your household current is 120v, unless this is going in a industrial plant you will have some trouble making it work at home without a step up transformer.
