Hi TP ~
The only thing I can tell you is that I have seen lots of reports like yours. It seems that they have a quality control problem in China where these things are manufactured. Everyone who has had problems has also posted that ALS was very good about replacing their defective products. You can contact them through their website: http://www.aquaticlight.com/ Good luck, Ninong |

Hi Tongue_Piercing!
We had some problems with a few 175w from them and they were extremely quick with replacements, although our problems were different. Ours burnt out prematurely, after only a few months.
