Where to get the best water-proof end caps for fluorescent lights?

Which brand/model end caps is best water-prooved for 40W NO lights? Could the same end caps fit 6’ tubes or VHO tubes? Where to get the best deal of them?

I have used the coralife push on endcaps for NO and they are fair at best. IMO the best ones to use are these, they handle all t-12 bulbs.

They are the 3pc VHO endcaps. They do require a bracket to mount them flat.
