How about building your own.
There is a company called Fulman that will soon have an electronic ballast (175w) available for around 60$. Everything else could be easily aquired through an electric supply house.

Ultramarine ballast?
I posted in the trade zone for anyone interested in selling a MH setup. I got a response and was curious if anyone has experience with the Ultramarine ballast? The price seems very fair at $50 plus shipping. Any thoughts? By the way, it is 6 years old, never used and is 150 watts. Thanks
